What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

What is the Mode of transport&shipping time?

Standard shipping：Yun Express(7-10days)
Fast commercial express：Fedex，DHL(3-5days)

The default is standard shipping. If you need jewelry in a hurry, you can contact customer service and apply to change the logistics method before shipping. Commercial express delivery requires additional fees.

How do i check the status of my shipment?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at (chennick24@outlook.com) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
